Stirling Development Agency Ltd (SDA Ltd), formerly known as City of Stirling Business Parks Ltd, is a 50:50 joint venture between Stirling Council and Valad Property Group. The company has joint responsibility for developing both Castle and Broadleys Business Parks together with a portfolio of other properties and development opportunities throughout Stirling.
